Anime Wrap-Up

Because I've been busyish with school work, and because I'm lazy, I'll sum up the good stuff this week, and a few that I forgot last week, in one convenient post.

Ah! My Goddess Season 2 – 1-2

First off, AMG is back. The world is at peace again. Now, instead of punching something when I'm mad, I can just watch Belldandy do…something. Anything. Belldandy is the key to world peace. I swear, if we could just translate AMG to Arabic and whatever the Iranian's speak, we wouldn't have to worry about WWIII any time soon. Anyway, nothing really important happened in the two episodes that aired, mostly because nothing really important happens in AMG anyway. Oh, Keiichi did talk to God…and Belldandy made a cute face once or twice. There was something about Keiichi and Bell renewing their contract, and Sayako stole the sweater that Bell made for Keiichi for Christmas. Too bad Keiichi had already gone home when Bell found Sayako, because Keiichi+any woman that's not his sister, Bell, or her sisters=something blowing up. Anyway, I hope the group that's subbing it does the widescreen version that's supposed to start airing next week too, because widescreen is good. Now have a picture of Bell.

School Rumble 2nd Term – 2

Best. Episode. Ever. Picture all of class 2-C in a "survival game" using pellet guns. Yes. The fight was over what the class would do during the Cultural festival (that class 2-D challenged them to…WTF did they challenge them to do? It's not a contest…well, it is now :p), and the class was split between the "Play Faction" and the "Cafe Faction". Akira used her masterful powers of persuasion to get the game going by convincing Harima that if the play won, he would be the prince and Tenma would be Sleeping Beauty. She also said that if the Cafe won, the Tea Club, and therefore Yakumo, would help out, which also spurned Hanai into action. The class band, which includes Karen and Karasuma, started their own faction after Ikoto told them that they wouldn't get to do anything by themselves…unless they won of course. Yoshidayama, Nishimoto, and a very unwilling Nara also started the Swimsuit Sumo Wrestling Faction, which quickly gets taken out by Eri…or is it?

Strawberry Panic! – 2

Indeed you are Tamao-chan, indeed you are…

Now that we have the requisite Tamao-chan "Nagisa is cute and I'm a lesbian" picture out of the way, lets move on to the story. After Tamao pokes Nagisa awake (and after she "volunteers" to help Nagisa put on her uniform) the pair make their way down to breakfast, where they run into none other than Etoile-sama and her posse. Shizuma tries yet again to lay a smack on our unwilling (yet incredibly flushed) heroine, but is pussy-blocked by the bell, announcing that breakfast was starting. Nagisa eventually makes it to class, and is immediately hounded by every girl within a 10 meter radius as to why Etoile-sama was trying to kiss her. Tamao, who was very troubled by Shizuma's apparent attraction to her roommate, makes the girls clear out of the way so class can start. After attending the literary club on Tamao's invite, Nagisa wanders around campus, still in a daze from what happened at breakfast. She suddenly hears a few hushed voices, and witnesses Shizuma starting to mack on another girl. That is, until Nagisa steps on a twig and breaks the mood. She quickly runs away and finds herself in the library, and is found just as quickly by Shizuma, who had followed her. I'll let the screenshots do the rest of the talking .

Fate/Stay Night – 15

Lesbian fanservice FTW! Nothing else as eventful as SaberxRin happens, other than Emiya "entering" Saber and "implanting his magic circuit" to restore her mana. Innuendo FTW! Next week, Emiya pulls a sword that looks an awful lot like Saber's out of thin air! Huzzah!

Bonus – High-Def Mikuru

Win and Gold. It's a shame the only group subbing Haruhi isn't encoding it at 720p…I demand another group pick up the slack!

Oh, and in case you care, I've also dropped Soul Link, because I can. That, and it was borring. Joshikousei is on the chopping block now, because if the next episode that I'm about to watch doesn't make with the funny, I'll have no reason to watch it.
